  1. Sab se pehly ek pan me wash Chanay ki daal dal kar is me whole garam masala,red chilli powder,haldi powder, coriander powder,
  2. Salt,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and 4 glass water dal medium heat per cook karein.
  3. Jab daal ka pani 1 glass rah jay to daal thora mash kar dhen aur flame of kar dhen.
  4. Phir ek fry pan me oil dal ke is me onion slice,buttom red chilli and cumin seeds dal ke golden brown fry kar ke
  5. Daal me Tarka lega dhen aur coriander leaves, green chilli se garnish kar dhen.
  6. Phir ek pan me black pepper aur cumin seeds dal dry roast kar ke grind kar lein.
  7. Daal serve Karein to top per black pepper,cumin powder sprinkle kardhen.
  8. Phir egg ko simple fry kar ke cut then into piece and serve it with daal
