Instructions to make ASADONG MANOK:
  1. marinate chicken in a mixture of onions, soy sauce and bay leaf for an hour. but it would be best to marinate the chicken overnight.
  2. put oil in a pot then fry chicken pieces until golden brown but not completely cooked
  3. add the marinade mixture and water then boil over medium heat until chicken is tender.
  4. pour in cream and stir in the mushrooms. add chicken bouillon cube abd simmer for 10minutes or until sauce is slightly thick.
  5. serve warm
