The ingredients needed to make Mocha Delight:
- Make ready 1/2 kg cake rusk
- Take 2 cups water
- Take 3 tbsp instant coffee
- Take 2 tbsp sugar
- Make ready To taste ground sugar
- Get 200 gm cream
- Get 200 gm whipped cream
- Prepare Chocolate ganache
- Get Any milk chocolate chunks
- Take Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions to make Mocha Delight:
- Boil water and add 2 tbsp of coffee and sugar and let it cook for a while. After that dip your cake rusk in that coffee mixture one by one and take them out and start setting a layer in your serving dish.
- Once the cake rusk layer is set, put it aside and start making mocha cream mix.
- Mocha cream mix: beat the cream and whipped cream together with the help of an electric beater until the soft peaks forms, add in the to taste sugar (*according to the sweetness you like)
- Dissolve 1 tbsp of coffee in 2 tbsp of water and mix this into mocha cream mix with the help of spatula. Now pour the fluffy cream mix over the cake rusk layer.
- Pour some chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup on the top and dust some cocoa powder. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks. Now refrigerate it for 4 hours and put it in freezer 1 hour before serving.
