Instructions to make Kesari Bath:
  1. Take a pan, add 1 tspn ghee and roast the cashews and raisins till it turns to golden brown and move it to a bowl.
  2. In the same pan,add one more tspn of ghee and add 1 cup rava/sooji and roast it in a medium flame. Rava/sooji colour shouldn't be changed but the aroma should come out of it. Transfer it to a bowl.
  3. In the same pan,add 3 cups of water and boil it. (1 cup rava-3 cups of water) Add 25ml of oil and 50ml of ghee to it and mix it well. Add a pinch of colouring agent (yellow or orange). It's optional.
  4. Rava/sooji should be added after the mix boils well like in the picture.
  5. Mix the rava well without leaving any lumps. It will quickly absorb all the water. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 tspn ghee and saute it well.
  6. Add the roasted cashews and raisins and again add 1 tspn ghee and mix it well. keep it in low flame for two to three minutes.
  7. Transfer it to a plate and cut them into pieces and enjoy your Kesari 😊
