  4. Warm 2 tablespoons of milk and add saffron to it.
  5. Now add the milk in semolina and paneer and mix everything well.
  6. Add the condeneed milk, ghee, raisins and rose water and raisin keep on stirring while no lumps are formed.
  7. Also add the saffron dissolved the milk.
  8. Stir the whole mixture very well and let the paneer Halwa cook for few minutes.
  9. Serve saffron and garnished with pomegranate seeds and raisins….
