- Take one tbsp corn starch in a bowl.
- Add 3 tbsp water for dissolving corn starch. Mix well to get a smooth paste.
- Lower the flame and then add corn starch paste to the gravy.
- Season with salt as per taste.Mix well and simmer till the chilli paneer sauce has slightly thickened.
- Mix paneer cubes with the gravy.
- Now add Vinegar.
- Serve chilli paneer.
