- Marinate for 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Then remove from refrigeration, flip bag and continue to marinate for 1/2 hour more at room temp.
- Get grill hot. Cook ribs over a medium flame setting. I cooked on a gas grill. Grill temperature was maintained at 325°F.
- Grill on each side about 6-8 minutes per side. This depends on size and thickness.
- During cooking, brush with marinade occasionally. I just emptied it into a bowl and used a silicone brush. Final brushing of marinade must have a moment to cook. Do not brush on and then remove from heat.
- During cooking, use a spray bottle filled with water to extinguish any flame flare ups. You do not want to get chare on the meat.
