  4. Take As required Grated Processed Cheese

  6. Get 4-5 Chopped green chillies
  7. Make ready Handful Chopped coriander
  8. Prepare As per taste Chilli flakes
  9. Take As per taste Salt
Instructions to make Cheese Paneer Cigar:
  1. For making the sheet in a bowl take all-purpose flour, 3-4 spoon of cornflour add salt per taste now add water as required and make soft doe and cover the doe and let in rest for half an hour.
  2. Take the small portion of dough and start rolling roll the chapatis equally. Then apply oil over it and dust all-purpose flour and keep another chapati over it and roll as thin as you can.
  3. In a tawa brush oil and heat it and in low flame, place it on the tawa and cook it for 2O seconds from a side and then flip the sheet and cook for 20 seconds and take it out and separate the layers.
  4. In a mixing bowl take grated paneer, grated Processed cheese, grated boil potatoes, chopped Chilies, chopped coriander, chilli flakes a bit, add salt per taste and mix well
  5. Grease your hands with help of oil and take the paneer cheese mixture and give a long shape.
  6. Now take a sheet and place the long shapped paneer cheese mixture and roll it at the end add (make a mixture of all-purpose flour, salt per taste and milk) and roll it properly but not press it. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
  7. And then deep fry till it gets crispy. Serve hot with Ketchup.
