  1. Wash, deseed and cut sapota fruit into pieces. Grind it into paste along with half cup of milk
  2. Heat a tablespoon of ghee and fry cashew, kishmish and set aside. In the same pan add another tablespoon of ghee and roast rava until it turns light brown with nice aroma. Transfer it to a plate.
  3. In the same pan add a tablespoon of ghee and saute the ground paste for few minutes. Add water and remaining milk and bring it to boil.
