- Flame on karein dhakn band karein. Pressure any ke baad almost 15 minut ke liey pkaen. Phir flame off kar dein or isy 10 minutes ke liey dam py rakh dein. Mtlb dhakn ni kholna 10 minut tak
- After this dhakn kholen. Chamch se daal ko achi trah mix karein. Garlic ko sabat e rkhna chahen apki marzi, ya isy chachm se dba kar mash kar dein.
- Agar Daal ziada dry hogai ho to hasab e zarurat mazeed water add karein. Sabz mirch b add kar dein.Or flame on karein isy 5-7 minut ke liey pkaen. Tb tak tarka ready kar lein
- Tarky ke liey frying-pan lein. Us mn oil dalen. Sath e ginger garlic b dal dein. Jab brown hony lgy to is mn zeera add kar dein. Or kuch seconds ke baad e daal par yh tarka dal dein
- Dhaniya se garnish karein. Pisa gram masala dalen. Or rice ke sath ya roti ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah🙂
