Steps to make Malka Masoor Daal:
  1. Together ingredients then add both Daals in a pan and wash then then rince there water and add 4 class of water in it… Now add 1.5tbsp of red chilli powder 1tbsp turmeric powder and 1tbsp garlic paste
  2. Now add 2 tbsp of oil in it and let it cook it will take 45 to 50 mints to be tenderzed.. When it was tenderize then add salt..
  3. Now add 1/4tsp of sour salt further cook for 5 mints then shut stove and put aside
  4. Then for tarka add 1/2cup oil in a pan and chopped 6 to 7garlic cloves let them golden brown
  5. Now add it over Daal and serve with chawal salad and crackers…
