- Take 1 small piece mace
- Make ready 1/2 tsp chat masala
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Karahi goshat masala
- Get 2 tomatoes puree
- Get 3 green chillies
- Make ready 1 tbspn Garlic paste
- Get 1 inch ginger piece
- Take 1 lemon juice
- Prepare Ingredients For Tarka
- Make ready 1 small Onion sliced
- Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 2 dried whole red chilli
- Prepare 5 tbspn Desi ghee
- Prepare Butter as required
- Get Garnish
- Make ready 2 tbspn fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Prepare 1 chopped green chilli
Steps to make Makhani Moong & Masoor Daal:
- Sab se pehly daal ko 4 bar achy se dho kar 15 minutes ke liye bhigo dain.
- Cooker mein 1 tbspn Garlic paste, 1 tsp salt,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and moong masoor daal aur 3 glass water dalein.(ap pan b use Kar sakte hyn).
- Blender mein 2 tomatoes aik green chilli, ginger piece and 1 glass water dal ke blend kar lain.
- Blended mixture, cumin, clove, mace piece, cinnamon stick and black peppercorns dal ke cover Kar ke medium flame per rakh dain.
- 2 minutes whistle chal to flame se utar ke daal check Karein cook ho gai agr pani kam ho add kar lain add red chilli powder, Black pepper powder, crushed coriander
- Add Black seeds,chat masala and karahi goshat masala cover kar ke medium flame per rakh dain.
- 2 minutes whistle chaley to flame se utar ke thori dair rakh dain then cover hata ke check karein salt ya chili kam ho add kar lain. 1 lemon juice add karein.
- Stove per rakhein daal mix honay dain chopped half coriander dalein, two tbspn butter add karein mix well.
- Tarka ke liye pan mein 5 tbspn Desi ghee dalein onion dal ke golden karein 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, dried whole red chilli, green chilli dalein baki Ka fresh coriander dalein. Daal ko tarka laga dain.
- Achy se mix Kar lain(daal thori patli rakhein kyun ke kuch dair baad thick ho jati hy). Bowl mein nikal ke uper butter dal dain serve hot with tandoori roti and boiled rice.
