- Now take a fry pan in the stove in medium heat, put oil in it & when the oil is heated, adjust the stove to low heat, now dip the banana slices in the batter one time each & deep fry them.

- Note: The raw banana fritters absorb minimum amount of oil & so it is not required to put it in a tissue paper in order to absorb extra oil.
