- Now prepare the idli maker. If you are using microwave then add the water in the base and grease the idli maker plates with oil so the idli won't stick to the plate.
- Now that everything is ready add the a pinch of eeno in each batter and mix it and pour quickly in the idli making plates. Eno helps give Idli a bubly texture but if you want you can avoid it.
