  4. Ab alag se pan ma daal ka tarka tayar kar lay. pan ma ghee dalay phir payaz daal kar brown kar lay jab brown hu jaya tu adrak lahsan ka paste daal kar bhonay 1 se 2 minutes. Phir tomatoes daal achi tarah se bhon lay takay tomatoes gal jaya.
  5. Jab tarka tayar hu jaya tu biol ki hui daalay dal kar mix kar lay.
  6. Dish out kar tay waqat adrak slices, makhan, hari mirchay or dahnia se garnish kar kay serve karay.
