- Masala ready Ho jai to boiled dal is main dal ke mix karin achi tarhan se. Ab 1/3 pani dal ke aik boil any pe cover kar ke halki anch pe rakhin 10 mint ke ley.
- Ab aik alagh pan main tarka bana lain. Oil dal dain or piyaz dal lain or sath zeera dal lain or piyaz ko brown kar lain piyaz brown Ho jai to sabut Lal moti mirch dal ke hila lain.
