Instructions to make No oil chicken curry:
- Take the yogurt then stir properly. Mix all the powdered spices in the yogurt.
- Grind the onion,garlic,ginger, chillies and tomato in mixer and make a fine paste.
- Mix the yogurt and onion masala paste together. Mix this paste well with the chicken. Add salt and sugar as per taste. Keep it for marination in the refrigerator for 30min minimum.
- Take the whole spices and dry roast it in a hot pan. Then add the marinated chicken into it.
- Mix it properly and keep the flame medium. Cover and cook for 10-12 mins.
- Open the lid and add salt,sugar as required. Add the soy sauce. If required you can add hot water for gravy.
