  1. Take a cup of ghee and melt it. Add cashews and fry it till golden colour.
  2. Take out the cashews and put in in a plate. In the same pan take a cup of wheat flour and fry for few minutes till the colour changes.
  3. In another pan add a cup of sugar and water and let it boil together. Take an another pan and add 3 spoon of sugar and caramelise it.
  4. Now we need to add the sugar and water syrup on atta and mix it properly till atta becomes smooth and glossy texture and add caramelised sugar and mix it till it becomes golden colour
  5. Finally add cashews and cardamom powder and mix it.
  6. Halwa is ready to serve.
