  1. Preheat the oven 180°c
  2. Grease and line two round cake pan.
  3. Place the pecans on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Set aside and chop them finely.
  4. In a large bowl beat oil, sugar and  vanilla until it is smooth and add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Then add pineapple and banana.
  5. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.  Then stir in the chopped pecan.
