- Wash and smoothly blend onions, green pepper, bell pepper and set aside; Wash crabs, offal and kpomo spice and parboil till its tender

- Add the locust beans almost immediately after the pepper and allow it fry
- Keep stirring it to ensure it doesn't burn, pour in your diced offal, kpomo,crabs and continue to stir
- Allow it fry for another 15mins then add salt and knorr cube and let it simmer a bit. Your Ofada sauce is ready.
