- In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil. add the red chilly flakes and stir for about 10 seconds, till it releases its aroma.

- When the water just begins to boil, add in the oats. stir well till cooked through.
- Check for seasoning and add a dash of the soy. mix well and transfer to a serving dish / bowl.
- Fry the egg separately till desired level (i like my yolk runny) and top with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the egg on top of the oats, and what i like to do is break open the yolk and let it ooze out all over the oats! :P
