- Soak all dal's together for 2 hours.
- Drain water completely.
- Grind green chilli, red chilli, asafoetida, ginger, salt and soaked dal's.
- Grind it to a coarse paste.
- Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and now it's ready to make vada.
- Heat kadai and pour oil.
- Make vada like this.
- Put it into the oil and fry on both sides until it is golden brown.
- Now both sides are cooked. Time to take out.
- Simple and tasty mupparuppu vadai is ready.
