- Wash your meat &boil with seasoning, salt,onoins,water & when it's cooked.drain the water from the meat & set aside.
- Wash & blend your onions,tomatoes & pepper when you are done drain the water from the pepper,tomatoes & onions & set aside
- Put your pot on the fire allow to dry & pour your palm oil enough to cook the soup do not bleach the oil,allow to warm &pour in your washed Iru(locust beans) &fry.when that is done pour in your drained pepper,tomatoes & onions &add seasoning and salt to taste,add your boiled meat,washed fish,kpomo and allow to cook for about 10-15mins & add your washed drained spinach &stir.its ready to serve
