Instructions to make Non Fried dahi Vada:
- Grind the soaked dals.Add ginger and green chillies and salt according to your taste.
- Mix well keep aside for at least 2 hours.(you can make it right away but texture is best when we keep it for 2 hrs at least).
- Now in non-stick appe pan pour the mixture,and cook it from all sides.
- Now put the ready hot vada in water,take out and squeeze all the excess water.
- Add sugar in dahi according to your taste.
- Put in a plate keep soaked vada,add sweetend dahi,imli chutney,green chutney,a pinch of salt,jeera powder,chaat masala,Red chilli powder,sev and coriander.
- Dish is ready to serve.
