  3. Prepare 2 tbsp powdered sugar or to taste

  5. Take 1 tsp rose water
  6. Take few fried cashews
  7. Prepare cubes few mango
  8. Get 2 pinches saffron
  9. Prepare leaves few mint

  4. Pass it through a sieve to avoid any lumps.
  5. Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder and rose water.
  6. Give it a mix and add the saffron (saving few to garnish).
  7. Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with cashews, saffron and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
