- Take 1 cup boiled hakka noodles

Instructions to make Paneer Chilli In Noodles Basket:
- To make paneer chilli cut paneer in cubes and cut green chilli,onion, bell peppers and capsicum in sliced.
- In a bowl add paneer, cornflour, ginger garlic paste,black pepper and little salt, mix it very gently and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Add cornflour, all purpose flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt in a bowl,add water and make smooth batter without any lumps. Deep paneer cubes in it and fry it in golden brown colour.
- In a nonstick pan, heat oil then add onion, garlic and ginger, saute it for 2 min then add green chilli,capsicum and bell peppers and saute it for 2 min. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper and salt, mix it well. Add fried paneer cubes and mix, then add vinegar. Add cornflour paste (2 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp cornflour)and mix it well.
- For noodles basket, mix noodles and cornflour well. Arrange noodles in big strainer like a pic. Put small stainer in it and deep fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown in colour or become crispy.
- To serve, put noodles basket in serving plate, add paneer chilli in it and serve it with tomato sauce.
