  7. Take 1 tbsp chilli powder

Steps to make Corn Vada:
  1. First grind coarsely boiled corn kernels
  2. Then add grated carrot, chopped onion, green chilli,gram flour, rice flour & all spices mix all ingredients well together & make like a dough
  3. Heat oil in a pan then take small amount of mixture in your palm flatten it like vada & deep it in hot oil, fry in low medium flame till it crisp
  4. Make all vadas like this & serve with any dip

You can also serve this corn vada as a starter or aperitif. It tastes best when hot but it is good at room temperature too.
