  2. Take 1 cup Besan/Gram Flour

  4. Get 1/2 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Whole Cumin seeds
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Whole Carom Seeds
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Whole Fennel seeds
  8. Make ready 2 Whole Red Chillies
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Chaat masala Powder
  11. Make ready 1/4 Tsp Hing/Asafoetida
  12. Prepare 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  16. Get to taste Salt
  17. Prepare 2 tsp Oil
  18. Get 3 tsp Rice Flour
  19. Take 1 cup gram flour
  20. Prepare 5 gm Grated Ginger
  21. Take 1 tsp Carom seeds
  22. Take 1/2 Bowl Coriander leaves
  23. Take as needed oil for frying
Steps to make Mirchi Vada:
  1. We take all ingredients like green chilli,boiled & Mashed Potatoes,all Spices and whole spices,Besan & rice flour.
  2. Now take a Bowl add Besan/ Gram Flour
  3. Now add Spices like salt1/2 tsp,rice flour, Carom Seeds,oil 2 tsp,Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp, Asafoetida/Heeng-1/4 tsp.mix well.add water slowly and gradually, remove the lums.and make a thick batter.
  4. Now take whole spices like whole coriander seeds,Carom Seeds, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds.dry roast all Spices and make Roughly Grind powder.
  5. Now for Stuffing take a Pan add oil 2 tsp, asafoetida-1/4tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, grated ginger 1 tsp,Chaat Masala,dry Mango powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, roasted Cumin Powder,salt.Mix well.
  6. Now add Boiled Mashed Potatoes, Roughly Grind dry Roasted powder. Mix well. Now add fresh chopped Coriander Leaves.mix well. Stuffing is Ready.
  7. Now add some water in Thick batter to make flowing Consistency thick running batter.Take large Size green chilli make a cut in the centre.
  8. Remove the seeds from the chilli.fill the potato Stuffing.Dip in the Batter.Deep fry in oil till golden brown on medium heat.
