- Prepare 5 Raw bananas
- Make ready 1 cup Besan

- Take oil & saute rai & ginger garlic pudina chilli paste, Haldi, dhanya powder. Add it into the boiled bananas. Add salt as per the taste. Make small balls. Now take besan add water, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt. Mix it well.
- Dip banana balls into the besan mixture & fry it on medium flame till it turns into the golden colour.
