- After cooking the salmon and vegetables, remove from the pan. In the same pan, pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of white wine, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Simmer to make the sauce.
- Serve them onto a plate, and it's done.
