  2. Make ready 2 chopped onions

Steps to make Shahi Karela:
  1. Wash and peel karelas.
  2. Slit in between it and put some salt over it.
  3. After three hours, wash the karelas and the stuff which we have scraped.
  4. Fry all the karelas and deseed them.
  5. Now on the other hand take a kadai and put 1 tspn oil in it.
  6. Now add hing and jeera.
  7. After that add chopped onions and green chillis.
  8. Saute it for three to four mins.
  9. Now add the scrapped stuff (chhilka of karela), seeds and mix it.
  10. Mix it and add all the dry spice ingredient and cubed paneer in it.
  11. Mix it very well so that they are combined to each other.
  12. Cover it with the lid for two mins.
  13. After that, switch off the gas and let it cool down.
  14. Now stuff all the slited karelas with this paneer stuffing.
  15. Now put these karelas in the kadai and cook for four to five mins from both the sides of the karelas by covering it with the lid.
  16. Now after five mins, Paneer stuffed Karelas are ready to serve with the meal.
