  4. Layer this Mango Jelly in a deep dish and let it cool
  5. Let prepare the topping now
  6. Take the Paneer and crumble it.Add the condensed milk and milk.
  7. Cook till it reduces to half and is like nice thick Malai consistency.Let it cool.
  8. Now layer the Malai topping over our Mango jelly.Refrigrate the Mango Malai for 30 mins
  9. Just before serving garnish with slivered nuts and rose petals
