  3. Mix thoroughly. Add few drops of water if required
  4. Divide into small sized balls & flatten between palms of your hands
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry vadas in hot oil till it gets golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with chutney, yogurt or tomato sauce.

This is the first time I am trying my hands. The light and crispy Sabudana vada is not only fun to eat light snack but also a preferred fasting food during fasting days and festivals like Navratri.
