- fry rice and onion till rice becomes white add broth take two cups of pork add to riceadd the teaspoons of salt and garlic to rice boil till craters form in rice add sesame oil add 1 cup of rice return to boil. cover and remove from heat let sit 20 minutes
- take 1 cup of broth from pork let cool
- add 1 cup of flour to broth wisk till smooth add flour broth to pork and stir constantly it will thicken let sit 15 minutes
- serve on top of rice
