- Ek kadai me oil grm karein jeera and all khade masale dale.. crackle hone pr onion, green chili, ginger paste dale and saute karein..light brown karein.
- Than tomato puri dale and saute karein
- Than all masale add karein and mix well. Oil chhodne tk pakaye..
- Than cashew paste dale and mix well.
- Curd dale and mix well
- Sugar dale.
- Khoya dale and mix properly.
- Now milk dale and mix well.
- Now paneer cubes dale and mix properly
- Kastoori methi dale.
- 10 min cook karein..now it's ready to serve.
