The ingredients needed to make Chana Chilli Paneer:
  1. Make ready 1 cup boiled chick peas
  2. Make ready 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
  3. Get 1 onion (cut into cubes)
  4. Prepare 150 gm paneer (cut into cubes)
  5. Prepare 1 onion finely chopped
  6. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Prepare 1 green chilli finely chopped
  8. Take 2 tbsp oil
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup tomato puree
  10. Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
  11. Take 1 tbsp vinegar
  12. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli sauce or as per taste
  13. Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  14. Make ready 2 + 2 +1 tbsp corn flour
  15. Get as needed some spring onion chopped
  16. Get to taste salt
  17. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
Steps to make Chana Chilli Paneer:
  1. In a bowl add boiled chickpeas and 2 tbsp of cornflour. and toss them well.leave it for few minutes,after that fry them in hot oil till crispy.set aside.
  2. In another bowl add paneer cubes, 2 tbsp of corn flour,little salt and black pepper powder.mix them well and let it set for 5 mins. after that fry till light golden.set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste,saute it for few secs.add green chilli and finely chopped onion and saute them for a min.
  4. Add cubed capsicum and onion saute for 2 mins,on high heat.(stir continue.)
  5. Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar,salt and black pepper. mix well.
  6. Mix 1tbsp of cornflour and 2 -3 tbsp of water and mix well.add this mixture into gravy pan and stir continuously.
  7. Now add chickpeas and fried paneer cubes.mix until well combined and switch off the heat.(do not over cook).
  8. Add spring onion and mix and serve hot.
