Today I am sharing my way of making Shahi paneer which is slightly different then the regular.
Steps to make Shahi pumpkin, paneer kofte:
- Pumpkin, potato carrot, paneer ko grate kar le, aur aaloo, pumkinko haath se daba kar nichor le jo bhi paani hai wo nikal jaye.
- Sabhiko mila le aur saath mein namak, chilli powder, jeera powder, mila le 1-2 spoon water lekar mix karein.
- Haatho mein tel lagaakar gole bana le, aur slow gas par fry kar le, aur platne se pahle spoon se kofte ke upper garam oil daale aisa karne se kofte tootenge nahi.
- Isi tarah saare kofte sekh le.
- Ab gravy banane ke liye tomato ko cut kar le aur grinder me daal kar curry leaves, chilli, cashew nuts daal kar paste bana le.
- Ab kadhai me 1 tbsp oil daale aur hing, jeera daale.
- Ab haldi, chilli powder, dhaniya powder daale aur chalaye phir tomato paste daale aur garam masala daale salt mix karein, 1-1/2 cup water daal kar thodi der pakaye.
- Thodi der dhak kar paka le jisse ki sabhi masale mil jaye aur pak jaye.
- Ab pumpkin kofte daale aur gas band kar de.
- Chopped Coriander se aur cream se garnish karein.
- Tip…aapko jitna thick ya patla chaiye waise hi water mix kariye aur kofte nahi ban rahe to maida ya besan aur add kar sakte hai.
- Kofte ko naan, roti, pullav ke saath serve karein.
