  3. Add your diced onion and stir fry till its translucent. Add your ginger and garlic, then fresh pepper and keep stirring. When the pepper is a little dry, add your kpomo and let cook for a while with the sauce.
  4. Next add your smoked fish and steamed Titus fish. Allow to simmer for a while, add your seasoning to taste and cover the pot to allow everything cook for some time, say like 2-3mins.
  5. When everything is properly cooked, finally add your washed bitterleaf and stir together being mindful of your fish so it doesn't scatter. Leave to cook for about 2mins. Then put of the fire and drop the pot
  6. Your bitterleaf sauce is ready. You can eat it with either yam or rice. Enjoy!
