  3. Add tomato diced tomatoes, tomatoes paste, and pepper. Stir the pot frequently to prevent the sauce from sticking to the pot
  4. Add salt, curry and stock cube. Bring to a boil and let it simmer to blend all the flavors. Approximately 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally adding water as needed
  5. Serve with white rice.
