  1. Take 1/4 kg goat meat
  2. Take 1 small onion
  3. Get 2 large tomatoes
  4. Get 1 tsp curry powder
  5. Get 1 tsp beef masala

  2. Then add in salt to taste, curry powder and beef masala.
  3. Allow to boil for 30 minutes til tender.
  4. Then add in the diced onions.
  5. Add in the chopped tomatoes and stir for a few minutes
  6. Then dissolve water in 1/2 cup of water and add to the cooking meat
  7. Allow to boil the add in water(1/2cup of water) and allow to boil for 15 minutes to allow the meat to thicken.
  8. Then serve with hot ugali.
