- First of all put the meat and dried stock fish with maggi and salt in the pot with water and boil..when cooked, add the pepper, locust beans,diced onion to cook for 2 minutes, add your palm oil, add ur pomo ams dried fish after cooking for like 3 mins, add your both washed leaves and stir to get the ingredients equally distributed, after cooking for like 2 mins.it ready.
- For EBA..add gari to very boiled water and stir and serve with the soup
It came out a but lumpy. I think I will try turning off the heat before adding the gari. However, pounded yam and vegetable egusi soup is one of my favorite meals. A few years ago You see, egusi is delicious when it is in clumps in whatever soup it is used in, almost like a meat, or I love it with pounded yam, with rice, with bread, with eba, with egusi again. Yea, I love me some delicious.
