- Wash the cow head and leg very well,put in to the pot allow it to cook with a little water for 20mnt. Pour the broth in a clean bowl and keep aside
- Return the pot on fire,add palm oil,add chopped onion allow it to fry little. Pour the blended peppers cover and allow it to fry for 15mnt
- Then pour the broth in fried peppers, add the potash,seasoning maggi cubs,salt,ginger and vedan. Cover and allow to boil for another 15mnt
