- Cut all edges of bread & roll over it with belan.
- In mixer make a mixture of semi chopped soybeans.
- Heat pan & in little oil start frying onion,when onion turns transparent add chopped ginger,garlic,chills & fry for few minutes.
- When raw smell of garlic and ginger is gone now add smashed potato let it fry until colour little changes.
- Now add semi chopped soybeans & again fry for few minutes.
- Now one by one add jeera,dhaniya,black pepper, haldi powder & salt according to taste & quantity.
- Mix all ingredients well when a nice aroma comes from the stuffing put it in a plate & let it little cool.
- Now make solution of egg & cornflour. Keep aside.
- In a small bowl take little water & with the help of finger brush all the edges of bread slice.
- In the middle of the bread now add the stuffing & roll each bread. Seal it with water.
- Now dip each roll in egg solution & coat it properly with bread crumbs.
- Then pour adequate amount of oil & deep fry each rolls.
- Serve hot with kasundi & tomato sauce.
