  4. Strain out potato from water and spread it on a cloth to soak extra water.
  5. Take potato in vessel and cover it with corn flour or rice flour. Note: do not add water let it be dry
  6. Now heat oil in pan. Add potato in batches as suits you to fry. Fry the potatoes at first time for like 8-10 min on medium flame. Do not fry much.Just when they are slight crunch from outside and cooked inside.
  7. Deep fry the potatoes for the second time till the potatoes are golden in colour.
  8. On the other side of gas put some oil in pan and add chopped capsicum and oinons.
  9. Add some salt and red chilli powder and saute the veg till they are cooked
  10. Add red chilli sauce, tomoato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix it on low flame
  11. Add little water and mix well.
  12. To 1 tsp of corn flour add water and make slurry.
  13. Add this slurry to sauce mix and cook on low flame till sauce thickens
  14. After sauce thickens add honey
  15. Add fried potatoes and mix it well.
  16. Serve it hot garnishing it with white sesame seeds.
