  3. Dip the chicken piece in the gram flour batter and then coat it nicely with sabudana mixture.
  4. Melt butter in a pan, place the chicken pieces, add some oil and shallow fry them.
  5. Cover it with lid for 5-10 minutes so that chicken cooks perfectly from both the sides. Remove from flame, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
