The ingredients needed to make Panna cotta:
- Prepare 1 tsp gelatin
- Make ready 150 ml milk
- Make ready 400 ml double cream
- Make ready 60 gm sugar
- Make ready 1.5 tsp vanilla essence

- Get as needed Strawberry compote or strawberry crush

Steps to make Panna cotta:
- Add gelatin to the lukewarm water and stir continuously for 5 minutes
- Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan with sugar and vailla essence. Stir to combine and bring it to simmer and remove from heat
- Now add gelatin to the milk mixture and stir it continuously.
- Now take the mixture and add it to silicone muffin tray and place it in fridge for 30minutes.
- After that remove from fridge and remove the panna cotta from the tray by light hands
- With the help of spoon put strawberry compote on each of them and along with that put some strawberry wedges for final serve
This keeps well for several days in the refrigerator. For the ones who had trouble getting the Panna Cotta out of the dishes. I highly recommend trying a silicone muffin pan. Deliciously light and creamy, panna cotta is so easy to make and makes a great companion for bright, sharp summer fruit. Or pair it with Christmas spices and a dried fruit compote for a classy winter dessert.
