- When the meat is cooked, drop from heat. Drain the stock from the meat and set aside.
- Place a pot on heat, add vegetable oil enough to fry your meats.
- When done frying the meats, add sliced onions to the heated oil and sauté for some minutes. Add curry and thyme to the oil on fire. It heightens their flavour.
- Pour the pepper mix and cover to cook for some minutes.
- Add the fried Goat meats. Taste for salt and seasoning cubes if needed.
- Add the stock water. Depending on the consistency you need, drop from heat when done.
- Serve with white rice or boiled yam
