  17. Take 1 tbsp soya sauce
  18. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  19. Take 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  20. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  22. Make ready 2 tsp water

Instructions to make Paneer Chilli 90:
  1. For marinating:- Mix all ingredients of marination and gently mix without the breaking the paneer cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan on a medium heat place the paneer cubes gently and shallow fry till golden brown in both sides.
  3. Remove from oil once done and place on tissue paper to drain out excess oil.
  4. In the same bowl in which we marinated the paneer there will be some left over corn flour and spices. Add 2 tbsp water to the bowl and mix well.
  5. In another small bowl add all sauces, red chilli powder, black pepper powder with a spoon mix all very well.
  6. In the same pan after we finish frying the paneer add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and stir fry.
  7. Then add the onions stir for 1 minutes.
  8. Then add capsicum and spring onion white part stir fry for 2 minutes.
  9. Add the mixed sauces, salt stir well.
  10. Now add corn flour paste stir again very well. Do check the taste and add some soya sauce or chilli sauce or salt if required.
  11. Add the pan fried paneer cubes stir and mix the paneer cubes with the rest of sauce.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion before serving
  13. Serve hot chilli paneer and enjoy.
