  2. Prepare 1/2 cup milk

Steps to make Mango panna cotta:
  1. In a pan add water and agar agar. Cook on a low flame until agar agar is dissolved completely.
  2. In a pan add milk,cream and sugar. Cook on a low flame until the sugar is dissolved completely. Turn off the heat.
  3. Add agar agar to milk mixture and stir well. If required use wire whisk. Turn on the flame and cook until continuous boil. Turn off heat.
  4. After 2 -3 mins add mango puree and stir well till it's smooth.
  5. Pour the panna cotta in dessert glasses / bowls or in required mold.
  6. Once the panna cotta comes to room temperature. Refrigerate it. Transfer it to the freezer for 25-30 mins before eating.
  7. Add cut mangoes and serve chilled.
