- Get 8 Pav
- Make ready 1 cup besan
- Get to taste Salt
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Take 1 pinch baking soda
- Take As needed Water

- Get 5-6 green chillies
Instructions to make Pav Vada:
- Take pav and make 2 pieces, you can use whole but it will soak more oil while frying
- In a bowl, mix besan, salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and water mix and make a batter the way you make for bread pakoda
- Heat sufficient oil in kadai, take one piece of pav and dip on batter, nicely coat on all sides and put in oil for frying, fry two or three pieces at a time depending on the size of kadai
- Fry nicely on both the sides on medium flame till golden, remove and keep.
- Repeat for the remaining pav
- Once all pav are fried, put of flame and put whole green chillies in hot oil. Make sure the chillies are dry to avoid oil splutter
- Remove chillies when the skin is fried and serve with Pav vada enjoy
